Return & Refund Policy

Products purchased from BTWN cannot be returned or exchanged since they are classified under "Hygiene, Health and Personal Care products".

Exceptions

However, items received damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect are eligible for a free replacement* You have to initiate a return within 2 days of delivery of the product. To initiate a return, you can contact us at: support@btwn.in If your return request is accepted, we’ll send detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted and re-shipped. Packages lost in transit are eligible for replacement (same product as ordered) at the earliest possible time.

Reporting an Issue

- Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery,
- Any issues (such as missing or damaged items) must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment 
- A clear, unedited unboxing video must be recorded from start to finish while opening the package.

This video should clearly show:
- The condition of the packaging
- Any damaged or missing items
- The video and supporting images must be submitted to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery for the request to be considered.  To initiate a return due to above reasons, please send us an email support@btwn.in
